$300 Hiring Bonus through June!
Pay is DOE and opportunity to promote into Management for the right candidate and with expected performance measures. The Field Supervisor is responsible for coaching and promoting excellence within our field teams along with overseeing production safety and quality initiatives.

You May Be A Great Fit If..
- You have supervisory experience in the cleaning & janitorial or hospitality sectors or retail and are looking to develop your skills in a stable and growing company
- You have experience with using computer technology for scheduling auditing/recordkeeping sending communications and mobile applications.
- You enjoy working in the service industry and helping to ensure a highquality service standard safety and efficiency.
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous service team leadership and/or supervisor and/or management experience required
- Ability to diagnose and articulate key performance indicator strengths and opportunities in order to influence field team performances
- Strong work ethic and proven reliability
- This position is about 50/50 field and office environment involving field training and assistance to the field team in balance with administrative and leadership responsibilities supporting them
- Reports directly to the Operations Manager
- Eye for cleaning details and ability to organize tasks efficiently
- Excellent interpersonal skills with customers team members and leadership
- Comfortable and discreet in customer homes
- Must pass a background check
- Vaping only while on breaks no cigarette smoking
- Valid Drivers License and insurable to drive our vehicles
- Candidates with retail sales customer service restaurant management experience warehouse team leaders assembly line supervisors construction dispatch landscaping city maintenance work sales account management and customer service with above qualifications are encouraged to apply.
