Registered Nurse Home Care
Keene NH
$4042.00/HR
Interim HealthCare is currently seeking a Parttime with potential to be full time Registered Nurse Case Managerbased out of our Keene office.
TheRegistered Nurse Case Managerposition is responsible for managing a defined caseload of patients providing direct patient care and comprehensive nursing services to individuals in the community.

Schedule
Part time
- Monday Friday 8:30AM5:00PM( flexible days)
- 12 hours weekly
Job Requirements
- Valid nursing license in the state of NH
- 2 years of experience in skilled care preferred
- 1 year of experience in nursing supervision preferred
- Recent wound care experience preferred
- Current CPR certification
- Reliable transportation
