Were Hiring a FullTime Parent Partner
Heres what you need to qualify:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Personal experience as a parent or family member involved in the Child Welfare system.
- A closed case with demonstrated family stability.
No prior professional experience No problem! Well provide the training you need to succeed.
A Day in the Life
As a Parent Partner youll:
- Support parents and caregivers working to reintegrate their children into their homes.
- Visit families in their homes to teach parenting skills offer support and help them complete case plan tasks.
- Connect families to valuable community resources.
- Collaborate with Permanency Case Teams to help families meet their goals.
