Overview
We are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager with expertise in Business Central (BC) or NAV to join our dynamic team. The ERP Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of business management software solutions ensuring the successful delivery of projects while maintaining a focus on diversity equality and inclusion.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and implementation of ERP systems specifically with a focus on Business Central (BC) or NAV
- Coordinate project timelines resources and budgets to ensure successful project completion
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and design solutions that align with organizational goals
- Manage the project team providing guidance and support to ensure project milestones are met
- Oversee system testing troubleshooting and support activities ensuring quality and effectiveness of implemented solutions
- Communicate effectively with crossfunctional teams to ensure transparency collaboration and inclusivity throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or related field
- Proven experience managing ERP implementation projects specifically with Business Central (BC) or NAV
- Strong knowledge of ERP software systems and their integration with business processes
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with a commitment to promoting diversity equality and inclusion in the workplace
- Project management certification (PMP PRINCE2 is a plus

- Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to drive ERP project milestones
- Leading project meetings and providing progress updates to stakeholders
- Analyzing and addressing any project risks or issues to ensure successful project delivery
- Providing support and guidance to project team members to ensure alignment with project goals
- Monitoring and evaluating project performance to identify opportunities for improvement and to ensure inclusivity within the project team
