What Youll Do

Strategic Project Leadership

• Lead end-to-end project management from bid compilation to successful delivery across CPS WT and Hydraulics operations
  
• Supervise preparation of competitive bids and proposals for major upstream projects
  
• Review tender documents and coordinate technical and commercial bid compilation
  
• Drive strategic project planning analysis and execution for field operations
  

Operations & Resource Management

• Oversee assembly and deployment of critical resources including personnel PPE equipment and consumables
  
• Ensure timely mobilization and adequate resources for each field project team
  
• Manage equipment certification and compliance with industry standards for field operations
  
• Coordinate subcontractor activities and facilitate high-level client meetings
  

Team Development & Leadership

• Lead diverse multi-disciplinary teams to achieve operational excellence
  
• Develop team capabilities through goal setting performance management and skills development
  
• Ensure timely performance appraisals and professional growth of team members
  
• Foster innovation and cost-saving initiatives across project portfolios
  

Quality & Compliance Excellence

• Ensure strict adherence to IMS standards (ISO 9001:2015 ISO 14001:2015 ISO 45001:2018)
  
• Maintain rigorous QHSE procedures and policies across all field operations
  
• Oversee quality and quantity certification of equipment and materials
  
• Prepare comprehensive monthly operations reports for senior management

• Minimum 6 years of proven experience in onshore/offshore upstream oil & gas operations
  
• Demonstrated track record in complex project management and team leadership
  
• Detail-oriented professional with meticulous approach to project execution

• HND/BSc degree from a recognized institution
  
• PMP certification highly advantageous for advanced project management expertise
