As part of the multidisciplinary team of the ITSM competence center we are responsible for the implementation and continuous improvement of IT service management (NSMS) across our group. This includes ITSM processes based on the ITIL standard which are defined and configured according to agile principles and methods. This is your contribution.
As part of the Service Desk & Monitoring Center team you will be involved in the following activities:
- Configure and develop the ITSM solution as a member of the development team (DevOps)
- Record requirements and document them In collaboration with the provider implement and test the corresponding service management processes
- Act as the first point of contact to ensure ITSM support
- Administer users groups services and forms in ITSM
- Ensure that the acceptance criteria are met and that the ITSM solution is ready for production
Requirements
- Requirements Several years of experience with ITIL processes
- Experience in configuration administration and development within an ITSM tool
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills and customer orientation
- Proficiency in German and English written and spoken
- Knowledge of another national language is an advantage
