Job Description

Role Overview:Weare seeking a highly motivated and experienced Female HR Specialist to join ourteam. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in humanresources including experience in a multinational company and a passion forfostering a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Handle employee relations issues and provide support to staff.
  • Oversee performance management and employee development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records.
  • Coordinate and manage employee benefits programs.
  • Facilitate training and development sessions for employees.
  • Assist in the development of a positive company culture.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
    • Develop and manage employee engagement programs.
    • Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
    • Manage employee exit processes and conduct exit interviews.
    • Provide guidance and support to managers on HRrelated matters.
    • Analyze HR metrics and provide reports to senior management.
    • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR roles including experience in a multinational company.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
