Role Overview:Weare seeking a highly motivated and experienced Female HR Specialist to join ourteam. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals.
- Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Handle employee relations issues and provide support to staff.
- Oversee performance management and employee development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records.
- Coordinate and manage employee benefits programs.
- Facilitate training and development sessions for employees.
- Assist in the development of a positive company culture.
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage employee engagement programs.
- Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
- Manage employee exit processes and conduct exit interviews.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on HRrelated matters.

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR roles including experience in a multinational company.
- Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
