Job Description
Founded in 2015 Clarity Clinic stands at the forefront of mental health and wellness offering innovative and compassionate care. Our mission is to provide the best quality in mental health care and make holistic care easily accessible and seamless to our patients. We are searching for passionate Clinical Therapists (MA/MSW/LSW LPC AMFT) to join our team of highly skilled clinicians. Our staff of Psychiatrists Physician Assistants and Psychotherapists offer the latest medication and therapy treatment as we help guide our clients towards mental wellness. Clarity offers administrative billing and marketing support so that our clinicians have a consistent caseload ensuring our providers are focused on their greatest their clients move forward in life!
We are partnered with the following InNetwork Insurance providers: Cigna Aetna Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO United Healthcare and we accept selfpay clients.
In this role you you will:
- Provide evidencebased therapy sessions to a variety of populations from adults and/or children/adolescents offering exceptional client care.
- Manage a caseload of 24 attended client sessions per week (Part Time/ Full Time optional)
- Our clinicians ensure documentation is completed in a timely manner.
- The clinician has oversight of assessments evaluations and treatment goals/plan consistent with clinical and administrative policies and procedures.
- Our clinicians participate in organizational trainings and professional development.
- Our clinicians promote support and demonstrate Clarity Clinics mission vision and values through both behavior and job performance and adheres to policies procedures Compliance plan and Standards of Conduct on a daytoday basis.

Qualifications & Minimum Requirements:
- Masters in psychology social work counseling or related field plus 1 to 2year internship and 27 years prior experience in a clinical setting OR PhD or PsyD plus zero to three years prior experience in a clinical setting (Psychological Testing and Assessment experience preferred).
- Must be licenseeligible (MA/MSW) with a focus on attaining any of the following licensures: Licensed Social worker (LSW) Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Associate Marriage/Family Therapist (AMFT)
- Excellent written and oral communication/interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet direct service expectations and to complete documentation within required timeframes.
- Ability to manage priorities and workflow/ organizational skills.
Experience with any/all the following treatment modalities and programs is beneficial:
- Individual & Familyfocused therapy
- CBT DBT ACT
- EMDR
- Health psychology (chronic health issues or pain management)
- CADC
- Marriage and Family Therapy
- IOP/PHP programs
- Group Therapy
