Role description:
Youll own the Global Marketing & Demand Gen strategy
This is a player/coach role both strategic and handson
The current Head of Marketing would report into you
Need to upskill team HoM is great at inbound/content
Bit of PMM work; ICP persona journey messaging etc.
Focus on building outbound digital heavy potentially ABM
Need to build data & reporting infrastrucutre what works
Currently do $5k p/m Paid (agency) tried first F2F event
Unique about the company:
Founded 2022 spin off from Bain & Company already 50 FTE
Currently at $1.5mio ARR on pace to cross $3mio this year
Average deals are $50k ARR sales cycles are 26 months
Selling into mid to large enterprise $2bio rev Manufacturing
Growth perspective: perspective to grow into VP/CMO role
Must haves:
5 years marketing experience within B2B SaaS
Prior succes at similar stage company (Seed/Series A)
Proper understanding/experience with Demand Gen
Nice to haves:
Industry experience
Leadership experience
Salary range & secondary benefits: up to 150k (flexible for superstar)
