Compensation & Growth Path
This is a part timeequity / token-based cofounder opportunity. You will receive equity in Launch Legends Autheo and the WFO Creator Network along with token allocations in the Autheo blockchain. We have already completed an initial financing round to support infrastructure and marketing and are currently in discussions with VCs and crypto investors to fund expansion and salaries. Salaried compensation is expected to begin within 3 to 4 months following our next round of funding and validator node sales.

Position:Head of Product Commercialization

Autheo the fullstack Layer-1 blockchain platform incubated by Launch Legends is seeking a Head of Product Commercialization to lead the transformation of our advanced infrastructure into packaged enterprise-ready solutions. You will work directly with the EVP of Product Development and Chief Engineering Officer to identify and build products from Autheos enabling technologies.

With Autheos fullstack and fully enabled decentralized infrastructureincluding compute decentralized cloud messaging dynamic workflows and orchestrationwe have the foundation for hundreds of industry-first solutions that are not possible in traditional Web2 or current Web3 environments. These include products powered by our W3C-compliant decentralized identity and access control post-quantum shielding and document systems enterprise-grade decentralized compute and storage nodes and dynamic enterprise workflow and orchestration tools.

This pivotal role will work cross-functionally with engineering product DevHub marketing and our Global Channels Division to design document and launch scalable offerings across multiple industries. You will collaborate directly with our global partner ecosystemincluding value-added resellers systems integrators enterprise service providers and government contractorsto ensure product packages are positioned for real-world use and adoption. This is not a marketing or GTM role but you will interface with marketing and sales support teams to ensure that commercial packaging aligns with strategic goals and product readiness.

You will define and execute the strategy to commercialize Autheos enabling technologiesincluding identity compute decentralized storage APIs and modular servicesinto high-impact monetizable products delivered through the DevHub and global partner network.

Responsibilities

1. Enterprise Product Packaging

   • Identify and define bundled product offerings across verticals using Autheos fullstack infrastructure (e.g. compute nodes identity SDKs APIs DevHub workflows).

   • Work with engineering and technical leadership to shape enterprise-grade SKUs configurations and solution modules.

2. Documentation and Specifications

   • Create full product spec sheets onboarding guides technical overviews and service tier documentation for internal and external use.

   • Collaborate with design documentation and developer teams to ensure accuracy and usability of product materials.

3. Commercial Readiness and GTM Alignment

   • Define commercialization strategy in sync with go-to-market plans token launch timelines and validator/node sales.

   • Coordinate packaging with the DevHub sales and partner distribution teams for launch-readiness.

   • Align product outputs with channel needs including enterprise and government sales partners.

4. Product Playbooks and Enablement

   • Produce product playbooks positioning guides and internal training materials for sales engineers partner managers and solution architects.

   • Support the Global Channels Division with tailored collateral to accelerate onboarding for resellers integrators and institutional customers.

5. Cross-Functional Integration

   • Collaborate closely with technical product and ecosystem teams to align product packaging with platform capabilities and roadmap.

   • Ensure DevHub integration and application catalog compatibility across all productized offerings.

6. Pilot and Launch Execution

   • Run pilots with key partners and enterprise users to validate product-market fit and refine commercialization strategies.

   • Lead commercial rollout of packaged solutions across testnet mainnet and phased deployments.

Qualifications

• 7 years in product commercialization product management or technical go-to-market strategyideally in Web3 SaaS infrastructure or platform companies.

• Strong understanding of enterprise product lifecycles bundling strategies and packaging modular technologies.

• Experience working with engineering and architecture teams to define specs roadmaps and documentation.

• Proven ability to synthesize technical features into clear value-driven commercial product offerings.

• Familiarity with decentralized technologies (blockchain APIs compute storage identity) is highly preferred.

• Exceptional written communication skills and experience producing detailed product specs onboarding guides and enablement materials.

• Self-starter with strong cross-functional coordination and project execution skills across product engineering and channels teams.
