Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Project Manager Sales to lead our steel and cement sales operations in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business by securing orders from construction projects and building strong relationships with builders engineers and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new clients from the construction industry including builders contractors and engineers.
- Generate and secure orders for steel and cement by actively engaging with key stakeholders in the industry.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure longterm business partnerships.
- Conduct regular site visits meetings and negotiations to understand project requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends market conditions and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the companys revenue growth.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 35 years of sales experience in the steel and cement industry or construction materials.
- Strong network and connections within the Hyderabad construction sector.
- Excellent communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within Hyderabad for client meetings and site visits.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the construction industry.
