About You & What Were Looking For
Are you a driven and resultsfocused sales professional with experience in fluid power Do you thrive in a fastpaced targetdriven environment where you can make a real impact Were looking for a Key Accounts Manager to effectively manage spending and potential customers within a designated territory. Youll be proactive in growing profitable sales developing new business and delivering exceptional customer value.
If you have a strong commercial mindset a history of achieving sales targets and are comfortable with proactive selling activities this role is perfect for you!
What Youll Do
Be the first point of contact for designated key customers providing excellent service and ensuring strong relationships
Drive sales growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities within your territory
Maximise opportunities in crossselling upselling and increasing ownbrand penetration
Execute regional sales strategies and support external territory managers
Monitor and act on commercial performance including quotes pricing and agreements
Engage in proactive sales activities including cold calling and lead generation
Work closely with internal teams suppliers and external sales to optimise sales performance
Maintain and utilise CRM systems for reporting and pipeline management
What Were Looking For
Industry experience in fluid power hydraulics or pneumatics
Minimum 1 year of sales experience ideally in a targeted environment
Proven track record of delivering sales and exceeding targets
Strong commercial awareness and ability to drive profitable sales
Confidence in proactive selling including cold calling and highenergy sales activities
Experience using CRM systems for managing accounts and sales pipelines
