Job Description

About the Role:

As a Business Compliance Associate within the CashNetUSA Business Unit you will play a vital role in supporting one of Enovas core businesses. Your responsibilities will be monitoring and supervision across our diverse product portfolio planning and executing customer remediations and addressing unique regulatory and business requirements in various states. Youll collaborate crossfunctionally to align business and compliance needs proactively identify and prevent customer incidents and contribute to customer remediation efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Scope plan and execute end to end customer remediations due to system issues with an emphasis on root cause investigation system fix implementation redress action planning and data analysis in a cross functional collaborative setting
  • Proactively identify production or compliance exceptions assess their impact on the business and customers and resolve them or escalate to the management team as necessary.
  • Gain expertise in product offerings brand state compliance matrix transactional logic and funding/payment processes and document this knowledge.
  • Utilize your subject matter expertise to create and manage processes and monitoring systems that ensure compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines for products technology and processes.
  • Analyze customer complaint data to identify trends develop recommendations and support the implementation of process improvements based on these insights.
  • Assist with ad hoc data requests related to external and thirdparty business audits.

Requirements:

  • 46 years experience in reviewing and negotiating compliance matters encompassing state and federal regulations industry standards and internal policies
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Finance or a related field
  • Familiarity with SQL and Excel
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in both team and independent settings
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with tools such as Microstrategy Grafana and other monitoring dashboards is a plus

Compensation:

The budgeted annual salary range for this position is $72000 to $92000. Actual annual salary will be determined based on qualifications skills experience and level assessed during the hiring process and may fall outside of the range shown. Additional compensation for this role may include a bonus. All fulltime employees are eligible to participate in Company benefits described in more detail here.
