Sales Associate - StretchLab Cherry Hills
Location: 5022 East Hampden Avenue Denver CO 80222
Compensation: $20/hour commission
Job Type: Part-Time (20 to 25 hours/week including at least one weekend day)

About the Role
As a Sales Associate you will be the face of the studio. This is a fast-paced sales-focused position where youll actively engage new prospects follow up with leads and guide potential members toward enrolling in our wellness programs. Youll also play a key role in ensuring the front desk runs smoothly and that every guest feels welcomed and supported.
What Youll Do
Sales & Membership Growth

Make 50 outbound calls and texts each day to leads and previous guests

Guide prospective clients through studio tours and intro stretch experiences

Present membership options and close sales through confident value-driven conversations

Overcome objections with professionalism and empathy

Upsell wellness packages and retail products
Client Experience & Front Desk Operations

Create a positive engaging front desk atmosphere for all clients

Manage scheduling check-ins and follow-up communications

Work closely with Flexologists and studio leadership to ensure a seamless client experience

Use platforms like ClubReady to track leads follow-ups and sales performance

Maintain a clean organized and professional appearance at the front desk
Community Engagement & Outreach

Represent StretchLab at local wellness events fitness pop-ups and community initiatives

Support grassroots marketing efforts to build local awareness and drive leads

Act as a brand ambassador in the Cherry Hills and greater Denver area
What Were Looking For

Prior experience in sales fitness wellness or membership-based environments preferred

Outgoing confident communicator who thrives on connecting with new people

Comfortable making a high volume of calls and driving toward daily and weekly goals

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Organized detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM or scheduling software

Passionate about health wellness and helping others improve their quality of life

Availability for 2025 hours/week including evenings and at least one weekend day

Compensation & Benefits
This role offers a competitive hourly base rate of $18.81 per hour with uncapped commission opportunities on all membership and retail salesgiving high performers the ability to significantly increase their earnings.
