Sales Associate STRIDE Fitness West End
3415 Murphy Rd Nashville TN 37203
Part-Time 20-30 hours/week (must include 1 weekend day)
Must be available to open as early as 5:30 AM
$15/hour commission opportunities
About STRIDE
STRIDE Fitness is more than just a workoutwere a movement. Our treadmill-based interval training is designed for walkers joggers and runners of all levels. By combining cardio strength and community we empower our members to move better feel stronger and live more confidently one stride at a time.

What Youll Do
As a Sales Associate youre the first point of contact and the driving force behind member engagement and studio growth. Youll help prospective members feel welcome informed and inspired to take that first step.
Sales & Membership Growth

Make 50 outbound calls daily to warm leads and past inquiries

Give dynamic in-studio tours that showcase our brand and community

Close memberships and class packages confidently and consultatively

Address objections with empathy and position STRIDE as the solution

Upsell retail and services to enhance the member journey
Client Experience & Studio Operations

Deliver exceptional first impressions and ongoing support

Manage check-ins bookings phone calls and in-studio traffic

Support smooth studio flow with coaches and leadership

Keep the studio clean organized and on-brand

Use CRM software (ClubReady or similar) to manage leads and follow-ups
Marketing & Community Engagement

Help with events referral programs and pop-up activations

Participate in studio and social media promotions

Represent STRIDE with pride inside and outside the studio
Who You Are

Experience in fitness wellness spa or membership-based sales

Confident on the phone and comfortable making high-volume calls

A team player who thrives in high-energy goal-driven environments

Tech-savvy organized and loves tracking performance metrics

Empathetic energetic and passionate about helping people transform their lives

Available to work 20-30 hours/week including early mornings and one weekend day
