Your Job
We are looking for a Junior Device/SRAM Engineer how to support our activities in the device technology department in Fab1 Dresden/Germany. You will be a member of a highly skilled team working on logic SRAM MV/HV and LDMOS device development of novel and optimization of existing active and passive devices. The task of the team is to define develop and implement device improvements as well as maintain established active and passive devices in leadingedge CMOS technologies in agreement with customers needs.
Your specific responsibilities will be to:
Identify active passive and SRAM device improvement opportunities and work with FEoL Integration to implement with customer needs
Identify and coordinate logic I/O SRAM and nonFET related prerequisites e.g. test structure implementation and measurement capabilities to support the respective development and engineering activities
Define logic SRAM and nonFET device test structures and test conditions which are needed to analyze/understand phenomena which limit desired specifications
Logic I/O SRAM and nonFET device related model to hardware correlation and interlock with spice modeling team
Interface to platform teams on regular basis for updates and alignments
Design of experiments dedicated to the continuous active and passive device development for leadingedge CMOS technologies
Analyze electrical characteristics of logic SRAM I/O transistors & passive devices such as resistors varactors inductors etc. and draw clear conclusions
Drive the implementation of respective architectures and optimized processes
Required Qualifications
You have a Bachelor/masters degree in physics/electrical/electronic engineering or related field.
You are passionate about nextgeneration semiconductor technologies and seek for a challenging task in the field of device physics SRAM engineering and design technology cooptimization for CMOS technologies.
We are looking for a team player with strong communication skills who can efficiently exchange ideas and share results within and between teams with different technical background.
You have solid knowledge in the use of standard office software (Excel/PowerPoint).
We expect competence in both written and spoken English (C1.
Preferred Qualifications
You have first experience in the semiconductor industry e.g. as a working student or intern.
Preferably you also have some experience PCRB MRB FMEA project management and compact modeling of semiconductor devices.
