Job Description

Were looking for a high-energy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive our outbound activity. This is a 100% remote job for someone in the Philippines who can make calls qualify leads and book meetings relentlessly. If you love targets and thrive in fast-paced environments this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make 50100 outbound calls daily to potential clients in Canada and Saudi Arabia.

  • Send personalized follow-up emails and LinkedIn messages.

  • Schedule discovery calls for the Business Development team.

  • Keep detailed activity logs and lead status in CRM.

Qualifications:

  • 1 year of outbound calling or BPO/sales experience.

  • Clear English speaking voice with excellent phone skills.

  • Resilient consistent and results-driven.

  • Stable internet connection and remote work setup.

  • Bonus: Knowledge of the HR or recruitment industry.
