Key Responsibilities:
Make 50100 outbound calls daily to potential clients in Canada and Saudi Arabia.
Send personalized follow-up emails and LinkedIn messages.
Schedule discovery calls for the Business Development team.
Keep detailed activity logs and lead status in CRM.
Qualifications:
1 year of outbound calling or BPO/sales experience.
Clear English speaking voice with excellent phone skills.
Resilient consistent and results-driven.
Stable internet connection and remote work setup.
Bonus: Knowledge of the HR or recruitment industry.
