The position
We are seeking an experienced Workday HCM Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 46 years of experience in Workday HCM with strong expertise in report writing time tracking business process (BP) configuration and Integrations. This role requires a deep understanding of HR operations excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate effectively in English.
Key Responsibilities
Workday Configuration & Administration:
Implement and maintain Workday HCM modules with a focus on Time Tracking
Perform Business Process (BP) configurations to meet business requirements.
Ensure system optimization troubleshooting and continuous improvements
Report Writing & Data Analysis:
Design and develop custom and adhoc reports in Workday ensuring data accuracy and relevance.
Analyze HR data and provide insights to support decisionmaking.
Workday Implementation & Enhancements:
Lead or support Workday enhancements and new feature releases ensuring seamless deployment and adoption
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to improve system functionality.
Stakeholder Management & Support:
Act as a subject matter expert for Workday HCM providing guidance and support to HR teams.
Partner with stakeholders across HR Payroll and IT to gather requirements and implement system changes.
HR Operations & Compliance:
Work closely with HR teams to ensure alignment between Workday configurations and HR policies/processes.
Maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 46 years of experience working with Workday HCM.
Expertise in Report Writing Time Tracking and BP Configurations.
Experience in Workday enhancements/releases and system optimizations.
Strong understanding of HR operations and workflows.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
Preferred Qualifications
Workday certifications in relevant modules.
Experience working in a global or enterprise environment.
Knowledge of other Workday modules (e.g. Integrations Compensation Absence Management) is a plus.
