As a Customer Success Representative you will proactively engage with our B2B clients guiding them through the customer journey from onboarding to full product adoption. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients understanding their unique prescreening needs and ensuring they effectively leverage our AI solutions to meet their hiring goals18.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned business clients building trust and rapport while identifying areas of opportunity81
Own the entire client relationship including onboarding implementation training and adoption of our AI prescreening platform8
Proactively identify potential issues before they escalate and take steps to resolve them12
Analyze customer usage data and provide insights to help clients optimize their prescreening processes37
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (product engineering sales) to deliver customercentric solutions and communicate business decisions18
Monitor customer health scores and implement targeted retention strategies for atrisk accounts6
Create and maintain customer success documentation and best practices8
Facilitate regular client checkins and business reviews to ensure continued value delivery7
2 years of customer success experience preferably in B2B SaaS or HR technology environments5
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships5
Experience with customer support/success tools such as Zendesk Salesforce or similar platforms5
Strong understanding of customer onboarding success metrics and segmentation strategies5
Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills51
Ability to quickly learn and understand new software products and features5
Basic understanding of AI technologies and their application in recruitment/prescreening (preferred)6
Experience analyzing customer data to develop actionable insights73
