COMMERCIAL INSURANCE MARKETING MANAGER Middle to Large Market
The following are the key duties of the Marketing Manager:
Maintain overall market relationships with all commercial carriers and wholesalers
Continuously update the appetite of existing markets
Update the market list with any new potential carriers and wholesalers in our market segments
Track our progress on production goals with our carriers
Maintain an accurate marketing log for all new and renewal marketing
Work with producers to create submissions to the markets
Negotiate with underwriters for terms and conditions with underwriters
Create proposals for the producers for new business using the proposal format
The following are key qualifications of the Marketing Manager:
Be extremely well organized
Be able to multitask
Have excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Have solid insurance coverage knowledge
Be able to create good relationships (with producers account management teams and underwriters)
Have a good reputation in the marketplace
Requirements:
- Resident state Property & Casualtylicense is required
- Previous experience in Commercial Lines Insurance is required
- Experience with Middle Market to Large Commercial accounts
Compensation:
- Commensurate with experience
