Our Opportunity:
We are seeking an APA Solution Engineer who can help drive unprecedented growth in applying Agentic Process Automation to solve realworld business challenges. As part of a very dynamic team you will play a critical role in driving delivery and adoption of automationdriven solutions to drive business value for our organization and help our program be a true showcase of what is possible in digital transformation using our platform. You will work in a highenergy fun and engaging work environment with talented colleagues from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
Youll exceed your targets and be successful by:
Demand Generation / Idea Assessment: Lead ideation sessions to inspire creative thinking and generate highvalue automation ideas. Evaluate current business processes for automation opportunities.
Solution Design: Develop automated process flows specify AI agents/skills and design user interfaces. Secure necessary design approvals and plan release schedules.
Delivery of Automations: Build and deploy automations using the Automation Success Platform ensuring they meet functional and quality standards. Provide documentation and training.
PreSales/Sales Support: Engage with stakeholders to validate designs demo completed automations and create solution artifacts for presales.
AI Assessment and Tool Advisory: Assess AI requirements evaluate market tools and advise on new AI tools/models.
You will be a great fit if you have:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science AI Data Science or related field.
Expertise in automation technologies with handson experience in process mapping and automation design.
Proven ability to manage data privacy security and compliance in automation applications.
Strong communication and leadership skills capable of driving initiatives across departments.
(ASSET) Experience working in IT and/or Security Operations cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) Identity and Access Management protocols and technologies.

Process Mapping & Automation Design: Skills in defining automated flows and identifying key solution patterns.
AI and UX Design Expertise: Understanding of AI capabilities and designing userfriendly interfaces.
Effort Estimation & Release Planning: Proficiency in estimating effort and planning incremental releases.
Technical : Skill in building automations using approved designs.
Stakeholder Communication: Ability to convey technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
