We have opened a brand new concept in Ghent! For this we are looking for an enthusiastic manager to develop this story together with us.

You have final responsibility for the restaurant team and customer service.
You report directly to the head office.
You work together with the assistant manager.
You constantly coach and motivate employees in an energetic way and solve problems with the necessary portion of common sense.
You permanently monitor the application of the quality standards.
The implementation of new products promotions recruitment and training of store staff are part of your task package.
You guarantee customer satisfaction and you do everything to maintain a good reputation.
You make the personnel planning according to the availability of the team.
You guarantee good communication with the team through regular team briefings.
Which profile do we expect
At least 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
Good knowledge of Dutch and English.
You are in possession of a bachelors degree or equivalent in experience.
You are willing to work weekends and evenings.
