As our next Junior Ecommerce Manager you will be responsible for driving the growth and performance of our online sales channels ensuring a seamless customer experience while achieving revenue and profitability targets. You will help oversee the ecommerce strategy for our beauty product portfolio which includes skincare nail care and color cosmetics.

What you will do

• Assist in implementing strategies to boost sales on our online store.
• Contribute to creating plans that optimize our website and social media platforms as profitable tools.
• Collaborate with developers graphic designers and copywriters to ensure strategies are executed effectively.
• Help review checkout processes and payment security.
• Assist in creating promotional offers and ensure they are accurately uploaded.
• Review copy and legal disclaimers to ensure their correctness.
• Support in analyzing website traffic to maintain and enhance marketing strategies.
• Collaborate in analyzing sales metrics to assist with product restocks.
• Help prepare reports on the effectiveness of current and new strategies.

Qualifikation

What we want from you

• Degree in marketing management business information systems or similar.
• Completion of a pertinent sales qualification is preferred.
• Extensive experience as an e-commerce manager.
• Demonstrable track record of devising sales-enhancing strategies.
• Sound knowledge of prevailing procedures and techniques in e-commerce.
• Unmatched supervision research and troubleshooting skills.
• Exceptional consulting and quality assurance abilities.
• Ability to tackle the demands of ever-evolving technological implements with ease.
