Your mission
As a (Junior) Customer Support Manager you will be part of our Customer Support team and take care of our German apps ensuring a smooth and satisfying user experience.
Your tasks will include:
- Serve as the first point of contact for our users representing our brand with clarity and empathy
- Handle all user communication exclusively via web forms ensuring fast and accurate responses
- Monitor and enforce compliance with internal guidelines to maintain a high-quality community environment
- Collaborate closely with other departments to optimize workflows and improve processes
- Track your own performance manage your workload and prioritize tasks effectively to meet internal goals and quality standards
Your profile
- You bring first experience in customer support or youve shown strong interpersonal skills and situational awareness in previous roles
- Native-level of German with excellent written communication; fluency in English is required
- Youre interested in technical support environments and context of mobile games
- Familiarity with helpdesk tools such as Zendesk (or similar) is a plus
- You have a proactive solution-oriented mindset and a strong ability to prioritize tasks manage complex workflows and drive them to completion
- Youre passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences
