About the Role Job Title: Java Full Stack Team Lead Responsibilities: Lead a team of Java Full Stack developers in designing and implementing scalable applications. Architect develop and maintain highquality backend (Java Spring Boot) and frontend (Angular/React) solutions. Ensure code quality best practices and high performance using CI/CD DevOps and automated testing. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (Product UX QA DevOps) to deliver robust solutions. Optimize application performance security and scalability. Guide and mentor developers conducting code reviews and technical training. Drive Agile practices participate in Sprint Planning Retrospectives and Daily Standups. Manage cloud deployments on AWS/Azure/GCP and leverage microservices architecture. Research and adopt new technologies frameworks and best practices. Required Skills: Strong experience in Java Spring Boot Angular/React. Proficiency in CI/CD DevOps and automated testing. Ability to lead a team and collaborate with crossfunctional teams. Knowledge of Agile practices and cloud deployments. Desirable Skills: Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP. Familiarity with microservices architecture. Uptodate with new technologies and best practices. Education Qualification: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
