Finance Manager (FMCG/Manufacturing/Supply Chain/Retail)

Location: Cape Town Johannesburg and Pretoria
Salary: Market Related

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement robust financial strategies to drive business growth
- Oversee financial planning budgeting and forecasting
- Lead and mentor the finance team fostering a culture of high performance
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with relevant regulations
- Drive cost management and profitability analysis
- Collaborate with senior management to align financial objectives with business goals
Proven experience as a Finance Manager in FMCG Manufacturing Supply Chain or Retail
BCom Degree in Accounting Finance or related field (CIMA/CA(SA) advantageous)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools
Strategic thinker with a handson approach to problemsolving
