- Support cross-function tasks to ensure smooth business process
- Providing ad-hoc data and customized reports for internal usage
- Develop and manage budgeting and forecasting process on sales and local SG&A cost for Sales and Customer Service business unit
- Prepare monthly cashflow forecast
- Monthly report - actively involve to preparing consolidate and reporting company situation
- Create feasibility study on new Brand Stores Dealers and Projects
- Perform analysis on actual number against target and last-year by channel and category
- Review actual vs budget on sales cost to serve marketing spending promoter tactical sales promo and SG&A cost
- Keeping track of all collections from customer and incoming payment both in retail and project sales
- Responsible to ensure Statement of Account is well executed to the customers
- Responsible to review dealer claim against trade term agreement
- Monthly reconcilation for Customer/Supplier accounts on payment deductions including collect withholding tax to be billed
- Responsible to review sales bonus provision vs actual achievement by customer
- Prepare monthly business review analysis and presentation
- Analyze Customer and Product Profitability
- Prepare Investment report and Corporate Credit Risk Report
- Support for monthly and annual closing process
- Calculate Inventory Provision and Account Receivable Provision on monthly basis
- Responsible for DSO reporting
- Prepare monthly and annual IFRS report SEM-BCS
- Support external audit process and prepare statutory financial statements reporting
- Monthly GL accrual clearing including sales bonus retail compensation and manual accrual expense
- Preparing sales management report on monthly basis
Qualifications :
- Bachelor degree with majoring in Accounting/Financial Management
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience of using SAP FICO field and cost control preferably from Retail or FMCG industry
- Strong attention to detail analytical thinking and team collaboration
- Familiar with local taxation and accounting standard
- Having Excellent Financial Planning and Budgeting skills
- Having intermediate Financial Analysis skill
- Having knowledge about Cash Flow Management
- Having the experience as an external auditor is an advantage
