About the role:
We are thrilled to offer multiple dynamic opportunities for a Graduate Construction Manager to join our team. Our structured twoyear program features a nurturing environment for growth and development. You will have the chance to contribute to exciting substations and transmission lines projects working in a fastpaced setting where your ideas are valued and your contributions have a meaningful impact.
As part of this role youll have the exciting opportunity to work on project sites across the country gaining handson experience in managing all aspects of construction projects. This includes overseeing safety time cost quality and subcontractor management. Additionally you will have the chance to complete a Certificate IV in Health and Safety while building valuable realworld experience in the field.
What We Look for in Our Graduates:
- A Bachelors degree (or higher) in Construction Management
- Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- A passion for learning and growing within the industry
- Ability to work in remote areas on projects sites with various rosters
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Eligibility to work in Australia
