Job Description
Weston Nissan one of the largest and best Nissan dealerships in the countryis looking to add a Express Service Advisorto our team. Responsibilities:
- Greetcustomers promptly
- Obtains customer and vehicle information
- Write upall items items asdescribed by the customer
- Determineand recommendneeded maintenance based on age mileage and vehicle history
- Preparecomplete and accurate estimate of cost of repairs for labor and parts
- Establishfollowup time and communicate it to the customer
- Monitorthe progress of each vehicle throughout the day updating customers frequently
- Verifiythat the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
- Explainall completed work and charges to the customers
Qualifications:
- Bilingual Spanish speaking candidates preferred
- Knowledge of automobiles
- Positive attitude
- High volume mentality
- CSI focused
