Job Role: Principal Consultant Salesforce

Job Expectations:
TTEC digital is ramping up SalesForce practice in Hyderabad India. As a Principal Consultant with our Salesforce practice the candidate will be a senior practitioner who will play an anchoring role. This role requires multi dimensions of expertise which includes Presales capability Technical Solutioning and implementation coaching and mentoring team members.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Able to do requirements elicitation discussions with client on product functionality and system architecture.
Able to perform gap fitment analysis propose architecture design review technical and functional solutions estimation and planning of project delivery.
Able to understand the tradeoffs between various design options configuration development integration migration and administration components of the solution and take optimal decision.
Provide inputs on technical design integration development configuration customization and document as required.
Monitor and review and the delivery of solution post development.
Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams and maintain healthy relationship within groups to support ongoing project development.
Ability to work as part of a team to solve technical problems in varied political and geographic environments.
Ability to multitask. Work on multiple projects and deliver results.
Participate in training and acquire certifications to upskill himself/herself.
Eligibility and Required Skills:
Engineering graduate with proven track record in software engineering.
812 years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem with expert level understanding of Salesforce platform (Implementation Consulting Design Configuration Development and support)
Experience with Salesforce Sales/Service cloud Marketing cloud. Administration/Configuration Apex Visualforce APIs data loader Lightning.
Certification in Salesforce Platform Developer 1 & 2 certifications is desired.
Experience with Agile methodology.
Highly motivated selfstarter with a desire to go the extra mile.
Exceptional verbal written presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
Proven time management skills in a fastpaced dynamic development environment.
