- Driving clients through largescale digital transformation initiatives focusing on core topics as agile transformation lean portfolio management or datadriven decision making
- Developing and implementing integrated transformation strategies across key business functions which enables a strong collaborative crossdivisional and highperforming environment
- Create and execute change management plans that ensure smooth transitions during digital transformation focusing on cultural shifts communication and stakeholder engagement
- Collaborate with clients to understand their businessobjectivesand tailor overarching transformation solutions that address their unique challenges and goals
- Build andmaintainstrategic partnerships with key stakeholders clients and partners to enhance our transformation footprint
Who you are
Are you an inquisitive curious individual who thrives in a collaborative environment andpossessesrobust social and communication abilities You havea strong senseof personal initiative and an entrepreneurial cando attitude but you also have the following unique qualities:
- Passionfor transformational issues and digitalization
- Tenplus years of experience in consulting or related fields with an emphasis on agile lean and digital and organizational transformation approaches in addition to sales and account management
- Strategicmindset
- Excellent Graduate Degree (PhD MBA Masters)
- Sound knowledge of common consulting methods and tools ideally agile (e.g. SPC 6.0SAFeLPM Agile Coach SCRUM) as well as transformation and change certificates (e.g. Systemic Coach ADKAR)
- Outstanding comprehension of fundamental business procedures
- Innovativeness and willingness to take responsibility
- Consultanttypical willingness to travel
- Fluent in German and English;additionallanguages are a plus
