The Management Analyst for Washington Saves (WA Saves) serves as a critical partner to the Program Manager in developing implementing and managing the new statewide retirement savings program. This position provides project management regulatory coordination risk monitoring and administrative support to ensure the programs success. The incumbent will act as a key advisor and assist in strategic planning business plan oversight project management and internal administrative operations.Preferred/Desired Qualifications:
Advanced research and analytical skills.
Detail oriented with proficient editing and proofreading skills.
Advanced experience in project management.
Contracting and procurement experience.
Strong communication skills: verbal written and active listening.
Experience with and working understanding of the SAAM RCW WAC policies etc.
Experience with financial services retirement programs etc.
Strong collaborative skills and ability to work within diverse teams of internal and external stakeholders.
Highly motivated and a selfstarter.
Experience in developing new programs procedures rules work process/functions etc.
A strong passion for creating and fostering financial inclusion and economic justice (Equity competency).

The DFI employs a hybrid work schedule of office and telework; your specific work schedule will be determined by your supervisor. Your official work station will be the Tumwater headquarters office.
