The KLEO Community Family Life Center is seeking a Financial Analyst to support our
financial operations through detailed analysis reporting and process optimization. This
role will be responsible for payroll processing accounts payable management and
financial analysis ensuring accurate financial tracking and strategic decisionmaking.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Analysis & Reporting: Conduct financial analysis track budget
performance and generate reports to support leadership in strategic planning.
Payroll Processing: Manage and process payroll ensuring compliance with
internal policies and labor regulations.
Accounts Payable: Oversee vendor payments monitor expenses and ensure
timely and accurate financial transactions.
DataDriven Decision Support: Develop financial models and projections to
assess program costs and funding efficiency.
Compliance and RecordKeeping: Maintain accurate financial records ensuring
adherence to audit and regulatory requirements.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement best practices to enhance
financial efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field.
3 years of experience in financial analysis payroll or accounts payable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel QuickBooks and financial modeling tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and trends.
Detailoriented with the ability to handle confidential financial information.
Experience in nonprofit financial management is a plus.
