RPO Recruitment is actively seeking a skilled Warehouse Manager to join our clients team in Diep River Cape Town. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to oversee warehouse operations ensuring efficiency productivity and compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving storing and dispatching goods.
- Implement and manage inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy and minimize losses.
- Lead and develop warehouse staff ensuring high performance and adherence to safety standards.
- Coordinate logistics ensuring timely deliveries and efficient stock movement.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor and optimize warehouse space utilization.
- Analyze operational data and implement improvements to enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with suppliers transporters and internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements
- Matric certificate (Relevant diploma/degree in Supply Chain Logistics or a related field is advantageous).
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management best practices inventory control and logistics.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
