Key Responsibilities/Essential Functions
Inbound Marketing and SEO:
- Develop and execute comprehensive inbound marketing strategies to attract engage and convert visitors into customers.
- Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
- Utilize tools such as Google Analytics Search Console MOZ and SpyFu to monitor and analyze search performance.
Social Media Management:
- Support Social and PR teams to develop and execute social media strategies to grow our audience increase engagement and drive traffic to our website.
- Manage daily digital content operations and adapt to shifting priorities as needed.
- Implement brand voice standards across all content and platforms.
Campaign Management and Analytics
- Support Marketing Ops teams to plan execute and measure digital marketing campaigns across various channels to achieve specific marketing objectives.
- Analyze campaign performance using website analytics tools and make datadriven decisions to continuously refine strategies.
- Conduct experiments and conversion tests to enhance marketing effectiveness.
Web Management and UX Design
- Manage the organizations web presence including periodic redesigns and ensuring timely updates.
- Optimize conversion points and user funnels.
- Coordinate with IT and web support vendors for website maintenance and improvements.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Level of Supervision: No may manage vendors and contractors

QUALIFICATIONS
Required Education and Experience
- Degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on inbound marketing content marketing and social media management.
- Strong understanding of SEO SEM and search analytics.
- Proficiency in website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics).
- Experience with CRM tools such as Dynamics365 Hubspot and Salesforce.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Familiarity with frontend development (HTML CSS and JavaScript).
Other Requirements
- Strong understanding of SEO SEM and search analytics.
- Proficient with frontend development code basesprimarily HTML CSS and JavaScript
- Familiarity with related tools such as:

Eligibility Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
