About the Position
In the role of Sales Development Manager your primary responsibility will be to oversee and cultivate a team of Sales Development Representatives to enhance topoffunnel pipeline growth and sales revenue. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a successful history in sales and sales management especially in sales strategy and pipeline development. Strong collaboration abilities are essential as you will collaborate closely with other departments to guarantee that your team is equipped with all the required information for success. This presents a rewarding opportunity for a driven leader who is passionate about pipeline expansion and talent development.

The base salary range for the role is $per year.

About You
You are an experienced and resultsdriven sales professional who is ready to step into the role of Sales Development Manager at FiscalNote. Your passion for innovation problemsolving and continuous learning motivates you to stay current on industry trends and best practices ensuring you are always at the forefront of sales strategy. You are committed to fostering growth and success within your team providing mentorship and support to elevate their capabilities. Your strong leadership communication and negotiation skills enable you to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams driving revenue growth and meeting company targets.

What to Expect in This Position

    • Lead the hiring training and management of a team to deliver on monthly and quarterly pipeline growth targets.
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company objectives to drive revenue growth.
    • Collaborate closely with key cross functional partners (marketing sales sales ops & enablement recruiting & HR) to achieve company targets.
    • Use datadriven insights to monitor performance identify improvement areas and optimize results.
    • Provide mentorship and coaching to empower team members to achieve their goals.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and feedback sessions for Sales Development Representatives.
    • Continuously refine and enhance the sales development process for improved efficiency and outcomes.

What Sets You Apart

    • You have a Bachelors degree
    • You have 35 years of experience in B2B sales and sales management
    • Topoffunnel sales development experience within the SaaS/Technology/Intelligence environment
    • SaaS is desirable for this position
    • Demonstrated leadership skills to motivate and empower team members to achieve objectives.
    • Strategic mindset in developing and executing sales strategies that align with company goals.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration across teams.
    • Analytical approach to utilize data and metrics for performance enhancement and identifying areas for growth.
    • Dedication to mentorship and coaching to support team members in reaching their full potential.
    • Commitment to continuous learning embracing innovation problemsolving and staying informed on industry trends.
