About your role:

As a Strategic Partnerships Manager you will be responsible for developing and maintaining key client relationships for both new and existing clients with a national portfolio of sites. You will play a pivotal role in embedding our customer focus through excellent client support stakeholder engagement and strategic business development initiatives. With a focus on Sydney and New South Wales this role is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in fitout hospitality retail property design or creative agency work into strategic partnerships.

What your days will look like:

  • Grow revenue and manage key client partnerships ensuring positive engagement and service delivery.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive expansion efforts to increase market presence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
  • Champion customer intelligence through HubSpot market research and client feedback.
  • Facilitate client meetings business reviews and provide performance reports.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to support longterm partnerships.

What you will bring to the role:

  • Proven success in business development stakeholder engagement and account management.
  • Strong communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and drive new opportunities.
  • Experience in the construction industry is desirable but not essential.
  • Willingness to travel as required to support business growth.
