Job summary:
As a Vice President within Digital MarketsProduct ManagerforFICC ETFs(Fixed Income Credit Rates & Commodities Exchange Traded Funds) you will partner with Automated Trading Strategies TradingSales and Technologyto identify and implement electronic solutionsfor clients sales and traders. The position requires an entrepreneurialspiritand significant interaction with etrading technology sales and trading teams in a fastpaced trading floor environment with the ability to challenge the status quo and influence change across the organization. The role may further expand into Digital Assets and Digital Asset ETFs subject to internal and regulatory approvals.
Job responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales trading digital markets and technology partners to implement electronic solutions for quote distribution and algorithmic
- Build client facing toolson JPMorgan Markets (Execute) in collaboration with product and technology teams
- Execute business plans across primary exchanges client facing venues and direct API
- Gather client feedback understand market changes and identify digitization opportunities
- Work with legal compliance and control officers on implementation of deliveries
- Provide technical leadership to build scalable frameworks across FICC products
- Balance cost vs. benefit of technology solutions and drive prioritization and adoption
- Drive and articulate product strategy and promote it with sales clients and trading
- Promote workflow automation and develop strategies for adoption using datadriven analysis
Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:
- You demonstrate commercial mindset with excellent communication skills and be part of a team
- You have experience in leading and building client facing products
- You have ability to organize and analyse client/sales/trading needs and bridging technical gaps
- You have understanding of Sales/trader workflows and applications used in daily operations
- You have ability to drive prioritization budget and implement plans for preagreed roadmaps
- You have executionoriented mindset with accountability for delivering frontoffice targets
Preferred Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:
