Were a fastgrowing lawncare company looking for an energetic driven Sales & Marketing Coordinator to help us hit our next stage of growth. This hybrid role includes inbound sales outbound prospecting marketing coordination and business development.
Youll close inbound leads pursue new clients (like HOAs & commercial accounts) manage bids and help grow our Holiday Lighting division. Youll also design marketing materials and develop consistent sales messaging for our team. This is a highimpact role with clear performance goals tied to company growth.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound sales calls followups and upsells
- Prospect and coldcall potential clients (HOAs commercial etc.
- Bid commercial jobs and grow our Holiday Lighting brand
- Design marketing materials and coordinate campaigns
- Develop sales scripts and team messaging
- Friendly outgoing and great on the phone
- Organized selfmotivated and goaldriven
- Willing to learn about lawncare & seasonal services
- Comfortable with cold outreach and sales targets
- Basic marketing/design skills (e.g. Canva) a plus
