Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Lead the planning execution and delivery of complex technical projects using Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
- Manage scope schedules budgets and risk mitigation for multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Collaborate with product engineering QA and support teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Sales Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales teams during pre-sales engagements to understand client requirements and deliver technical input.
- Participate in client meetings product demos and RFP responses as the technical project expert.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities through deep engagement during project implementation.
Client Engagement:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications during project execution.
- Translate business needs into actionable technical requirements and relay feedback to internal teams.
- Ensure a seamless handoff from sales to delivery maintaining continuity and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Required:
- 5 years of experience in technical project management or program management.
- 2 years of experience in a sales engineering business development or client-facing role.
- Strong knowledge of project management tools (e.g. Jira MS Project).
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
