Job Description

Sell for a Brand That Actually Delivers.

Our client is a respected name in the industrial equipment and supply space known for fast shipping rock-solid inventory and real customer relationships. They ve been in business for over 25 years with double-digit growth every year for the past five. Their Denver location is expanding and they re looking for a sharp coachable Inside Sales Representative to join their high-performing team.

This isn t high-pressure cold calling. You ll be handling a steady flow of inbound orders re-engaging past customers and supporting outside sales reps with smart follow-up. The team is tight-knit the product line is trusted and the managers actually mentor not micromanage.

What You ll Be Doing:

  • Convert inbound leads into repeat customers by providing expert guidance on tools parts and equipment

  • Reconnect with previous buyers and identify upsell opportunities

  • Support the outside sales team with account insight and lead nurturing

  • Keep clean activity in the CRM and help streamline the sales process

  • Learn the product line inside and out so customers call you with questions

What You Bring:

  • 2 years of inside sales experience (B2B preferred)

  • Strong communication and follow-up skills phone email CRM

  • Interest or background in tools industrial parts construction supplies or equipment is a major plus

  • Coachable attitude and a desire to build a real career in sales

  • Confidence and grit you know how to turn let me think about it into a closed deal
