Position Overview:
Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a visionary Director of Therapy to lead and integrate physical occupational and speech therapy services across healthcare facilities. Qualifications:
- Education: Masters or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy (PT) Occupational Therapy (OT) or SpeechLanguage Pathology (SLP).
- Licensure/Certifications:
- Current state licensure in PT OT or SLP.
- Advanced certifications in specialty areas or healthcare management (preferred).
- Experience: 710 years of progressive leadership experience in therapy services.
- Technical Skills:
- Expertise in healthcare regulations.
- Budget management and resource optimization.
- Soft Skills:
- Exceptional leadership strategic planning and communication.
- Knowledge of evidencebased practices and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement policies/procedures for physical occupational and speech therapy services.
- Oversee staffing recruitment and retention to build a skilled therapy workforce.
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure operational efficiency across departments.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
- Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning and organizational goals.
- Lead patient safety and quality improvement initiatives.
- Foster interdisciplinary teamwork and evidencebased practice.
- Represent therapy services in organizational and community engagements.
