Create business strategies and SMART plan to drive revenue growth through strategic initiatives and maintain market share. This includes advertising sales promotion proactive & reactive selling publicity community relations special sales projects ect.
Perform regular market analysis and maintain uptodate knowledge of industry trends. Cultivate and maintain longterm professional relationships with keys clients and industry partners.
Maintains good communication with Accor Regional Sales and Marketing teams to drive and implement both strategic and tactical brand campaigns
Develop business and leisure travel promotions; releases to press and target audience. Maintain good working relationships with local and international media. Explore valuable media trades where appropriate
Qualifications :
Experience in similar position with excellent leadership interpersonnel communication and B2B/B2C customer skills.
Excellence sales and negotiation skills with ability to establish & build business partnerships.
