Key Responsibilities
Develop and Execute StrategicRecruiting Plans Partner with the Recruiting Manager to align recruitingefforts with business goals and organizational growth strategies.
Source and Engage Top Talent Utilizecreative sourcing techniques to find passive and active candidates through jobboards social media networking events and professional organizations.
Conduct Insightful Interviews Leadphone video and inperson interviews to evaluate candidates skillsexperience and cultural fit.
Deliver DataDriven Results Analyzerecruiting metrics and deliver reports that support continuous improvement andstrategic decisionmaking.
Innovate and Improve Recommend newtools processes and strategies to enhance our recruitment efforts and stayahead of industry trends.
Ensure Regulatory Compliance Maintain accurate records and uphold compliance with DOT regulations andinternal HR policies.
Uphold Professionalism andConfidentiality Represent Benore with integrity throughout the entirerecruitment lifecycle.
Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
Proven experience as a Recruiter(agency or inhouse) with a strong track record of hiring success.
Excellent communicationinterpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills.
Proficiency with applicant trackingsystems (ATS) and sourcing platforms.
Adaptability creativity and aproblemsolving mindset.
Passion for identifying top talent andcontributing to a highperforming culture.
