Use job portals social media referrals and other sourcing techniques to identify relevant candidates.

Schedule and conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews

Maintain and update the candidate database and ensure timely follow-ups.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Coordinate with hiring managers and business teams to understand requirements and timelines.

Maintain daily/weekly/monthly hiring reports and dashboards.
