Conduct outbound calls to customers to understand the reason for not paying EMI.
Collect the promise to pay date from the customer and provide the data to the field collection team
for further collection.
Use scripted surveys to ask relevant questions and ensure consistent data collection.
Maintain friendly and professional behavior while interacting with customers to
encourage open and honest responses.
Record customer responses accurately and efficiently in the designated database or
CRM system.
