About the role
Thrive in a supportive environment that actively encourages professional development and fosters a culture of quality improvement throughout the fixedterm contract until July 2026.
Deliver evidencebased personcentred dietetic care to clients across both community and inpatient palliative care services.
Conduct individualised nutrition assessments and provide tailored interventions that meet the unique needs of palliative care clients.
Contribute to the creation and delivery of educational resources on nutrition for both clients and staff enhancing knowledge and care outcomes.
Actively participate in clinical supervision.
Collaborate closely within multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive highquality care for all clients.
About you
A degree in Nutrition and Dietetics recognised by Dietitians Australia preferably with Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) status. Overseas applicants must have completed the Dietitians Australia DSR process before applying.
Demonstrated experience in providing dietetic services in a hospital environment
Experience working collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams as well as the ability to work independently when required.
Strong commitment to professional development including a minimum of 30 hours of continuing professional development per year.
Proficient in using computer applications including Cbord and Microsoft Office Suite with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
