Wright Automotive Group is Seeking a HighEnergy General Sales Manager
Are you a proven leader with a passion for success in the automotive industry
Wright Automotive Group is a wellestablished and reputable dealership looking for a dynamic and resultsoriented General Sales Manager to join our winning team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the sales department including new and used vehicle sales customer satisfaction and team development.
- Recruit hire train and motivate a highperforming sales team.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing plans.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and the local community.
- Ensure compliance with all dealership policies and procedures as well as all applicable laws and regulations.
- Foster a positive and professional work environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the automotive industry.
- Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement abilities.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- A valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
- A strong work ethic and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
