Job Summary:
The Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing national sales operations ensuring effective brand promotion and achieving business growth targets. This role involves managing sales teams driving execution of marketing campaigns (both ATL & BTL) and maintaining strong relationships with distributors and key accounts. The manager will regularly report on market performance campaign effectiveness competitor movements and propose strategies to expand market share.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and monitor sales performance merchandising distribution and in-store execution.
- Organize monthly alignment meetings with field teams (SDF Nutrition Supervisor Promoter Executive).
- Develop and implement sales processes and performance tracking systems.
- Monitor and control marketing budget and campaign results.
- Build and maintain distributor and sub-wholesaler networks nationwide.
- Visit key customers regularly to strengthen relationships and negotiate strategic visibility for brands.
- Provide coaching and on-the-job training for sales staff.
- Ensure sufficient stock POSM and tools are available at distribution points.
- Proactively resolve trade issues and implement promotional programs effectively.
Main Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Economics or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in Sales Trade Marketing or Business Development (FMCG background preferred).
- Strong skills in sales strategy planning team leadership and customer relationship management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; English proficiency is required.
- High integrity result-driven self-motivated and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
