Job Description
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of proven experience in a sales role preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in team management.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in sales reporting tools and data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Drive consistent growth in sales volume and market share across the assigned territory.
- Identify onboard and develop new accounts to expand market reach.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies; monitor and analyze sales performance data for continuous improvement.
- Supervise support and motivate field sales teams to achieve operational excellence.
- Ensure timely achievement of assigned sales targets and KPIs.
